ABOUT MY photography

I'm a Dorset-based photographer whose interests have,  over the decades,  ranged across many genres from landscape, portrait, travel, wedding, street, environmental, press  and theatre photography.  

Originally using film on  large-format,  medium-format & full-frame film cameras, but now fully digital.

Previously represented by J.Allan Cash Photolibrary (London) in the film age but now by  Alamy and Shutterstock in the digital age.  I have had photographs published in the Sunday Times, Times, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday,  BBC Travel Show, Daily Mirror, Woman's Own, and  QE2 brochure  to name just a selection.  

My monochrome images have been published in the Black & White Photography Magazine (Issues 273, 280, 285, 286, 288, 293, 302, 303, 305, 306, 308,310, 314, 316, 317, 318  to date).

I had an exhibition ' The Mind behind the camera'  at Kindred Studios, Clifton, Bristol several years ago.

From photographing old things to becoming one of them,  I still chase the light to capture that interesting  image!  

Qualified member of the Guild of Photographers,  Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts  (FRSA) and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS).
